| Parades The Salem Area Chamber of Commerce sponsors an annual Fourth of July and Christmas parade. Businesses, civic organizations and youth groups enter floats, decorated vehicles, bicycles, bands and more. They are truly exciting events. See the Community Calendar for dates. The Salem High School Athletic Club sponsors a fall Athletic parade prior to the first home football game. It is one of the largest parades of its kind in the area. |
